AVP - Supply Chain & Procurement - Metallurgical Engineering - IIT/IIM

- Lead and manage the supply chain vertical within the organization for efficient and timely supplies 3PL service providers (Transporters, warehousing firms)

- Customers (Private/PSU contractors)

- Suppliers (Manufacturers, Wholesalers, etc.)

- Operations Team (North, South India)

- Accounts/Treasury

Duties And Responsibilities (That are significant in achieving the objectives of the job) :

1. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

2. Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle

3. Liaising and negotiating with 3PL service providers, manufacturers and customers

4. Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

5. Arranging warehouse, keeping a check on inventory levels, planning routes and processing purchase orders

6. Resolving problems and/or complaints

7. Supervising, coaching and training operations team

8. Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

9. Maintaining performance metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements
