AVP - Supply Chain Finance

We are Hiring for AVP/Associate Director - Supply Chain Finance in a Reputed NBFC.

Locations - Mumbai

Education - Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience

Role Brief :

- Provide solution for the working capital gap in supply chain of a business.

- Work on the products like dealer funding and vendor /payable/receivable finance.

- Prospecting and on-boarding new Anchors for Dealer / Vendor Finance propositions.

- Cohesive working with various internal stakeholders; Risk, Operations, Compliance, etc.

- Strong credit underwriting skills to ensure high quality portfolio is build-up.

Competencies Required:

1. Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience

2. Experienced in scaling sales through a resource-lean model

3. Experience in the Banking / NBFC Space for over 5 years

4. Client facing role (Corporate Banking/Trade Finance on the side of Dealers)

5. Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit

6. Strong understanding of processes and ability to have numbers at fingertips

7. Yrs of Exp: 8 - 12 year
