Key Responsibilities The individual report to the VP - Employability Services. Some of the responsibilities would include: - The candidate should have led a team of recruiters and played a significant role in organisation building with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience. - Should be able to manage a team of Placement Managers located across the country at different Universities - Update and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes) - Reviewing and supervising the placement team and report on its performance - Keep track of ELSP placement drives to be undertaken with the University as per the calendar - Demand generation from local industries - Build a network of channel partners for placement of the students - Coordination of candidates for the open positions to be filled within committed timelines - Strategies, plan and implement activities with recruiters and to accelerate business growth - Handling all administrative processes for the student - On-boarding of the students Competencies and skills: - Experience of Hiring large number of candidates at the entry level - Experience of handling end-to-end recruitment process management - Leadership skills to build and manage a team - Revenue target orientation - Experience with candidate screening and evaluation processes - Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
