Current Opening:

AVP Growth Strategy for a high-growth startup based out of Mumbai transforming private schools in India. Our client is looking for a strategy professional to work closely with the senior leadership team and founders to conceptualize, plan and execute robust cross-functional initiatives for fastracking growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop executable plans to propel business for Growth, Process, and Org Improvement through strong data backed analysis and structured problem solving and enable key leadership decision making

- Drive execution of new growth initiatives starting from Ideation, key stakeholder alignment, piloting/ incubating, and systematically embedding new ways of working in the organization

- Provide insights for growth through a deep understanding of the market and consumer trends, competitor behavior and enable ongoing business enhancement

- Develop an agenda for inorganic growth and drive the pre-deal and post-deal activities centrally and partner with in-house M&A team/ investment bankers for deal execution

Who should apply?

- If you have 4 years+ experience in a reputed management consulting firm, investment bank, or operational excellence role in a fast growing startup/high performance organizations

- Self-initiators who have demonstrated high problem-solving skills

- Managed and built high performance teams
