AVP - Strategy - SAS - KPO/Research

Job Description :

- Proven track record of successfully working on large scale global change initiatives, preferable on data and/or regulatory project initiatives.

- Should have at least 7+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline and concentration in computer science, information systems or other engineering specializations.

- Good knowledge of programming tools with proficiency in SAS and SAS Eminer. Python good to have.

- Knowledge of Credit Risk Strategy (knowledge on Mortgage Strategy/CLI/CLD/Affordability)

- Understanding of Bank's P&L is required.

- Knowledge of Statistics, Segmentation and Decision Tree is required.

- Prior experience in development of acquisition strategy, account management strategy or strategic analysis and portfolio management would be preferred.

- Excellent quantitative & technical aptitude. Ability to solve open-ended business problems.

- Proven leadership track record in dynamic/changing marketing environments

- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

- Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.

- Enthusiasm for proactively seeking, exploring and developing use cases for business problems.

- Strong team worker who is flexible and capable of working independently where required.

- Excellent communication skills with experience of gathering, documenting and presenting information.

- High attention to detail with ability to understand and assess complex and large volumes of information.

- Proven problem solving and analytical abilities including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business and technical domain knowledge.

- Preferably a Major in Mathematics/ Statistics (or equivalent)/Computer Science

- Act with courageous integrity in decision making

- Take personal accountability, be decisive, use common sense, empower others

- Excellent presentational skills and the ability to chair meetings with senior and working group audiences.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Thorough understanding of the purpose, value, culture and fundamentals of Global Transformation
