Urgent Requirement  1. Researches a particular industry to uncover M&A target companies; analyzes the market and searches for other relevant potential values that can be generated through M&A transactions.   2. Coordinates and conducts due diligence; analyzes target company information and prepares due diligence reports.   3. Performs multiple valuation analyses and makes financial forecasts related to a M&A transaction; presents recommendations to managers.   4. Monitors the relevant M&A legal environment and ensures that M&A operations are in compliance with policies and regulations  5. Compiles and analyzes data regarding companies to be acquired.   6. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.   Background  - IT/BPO industry experience of 10+ years, out of which 3+ years in M&A activities  - Can be from IT/BPO organizations or from big-4 in M&A advisory role specifically for IT/BPO sector  - Specific experience in one / more of the service areas - BFSI, HLS, F&A - would be preferred  - Education - MBA, preferably from Tier I institutes  - Should be able to operate with limited guidance / supervision  - Should have good analytical skills and good communication skills
