My Client is an Independent strategy and performance improvement management consulting firm with offices in India, Southeast Asia and Middle East. They are in an expansion mode.You get to work with a growing brand and share their success and grow. You can be a big fish in a not so small pond. The Exciting Opportunity:

- You will need take ownership of client and project management mid to large projects.

- You will provide intellectual direction and leadership to the team, and mentor and groom team-members.

- You will also be responsible to support the firm's business development initiatives.

- You will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of projects and lead the projects independently.

In return for your 5 to 8 years + experience preferably within in the area of Strategy/ Operations Consulting having worked with either a Big4 or Top Tier consulting firm or another boutique Management with MBA qualification from a Top Tier B-School (batches of 2007 - 2009) you will be given the opportunity to work with a fantastic bunch of senior leaders in the Consulting World.

If you can understand a client's needs, help them formulate a solution and then present your findings effectively, whether it be one-on-one or in front of a crowd with the latest multimedia technology, you are exactly what we need
