Job Description :
- Manage a team of 4-5 Merchant relationship Managers (NFTE) team members to deliver on activation and spends on Shikhar portfolio
- Create tie-ups and alliances with local/city centric merchants
- Launch local level engagement programs for cardholders
- Liaise with SFE, Sales for identifying merchants and execution support on branch/cluster level engagement programs
- Monitor and track activation numbers for Shikhar Portfolio
- Launch local merchant tie-ups to grow subvention volumes
- All offer related execution responsibilities like LOI, agreement, logo, offer compliance, complaint redressal etc
- Retail Spends target
- Early Activation rate
- Number of local offers
- Merchant EMI Overall Volume achievement
- Renewal of offers
- Spends Category Understanding
- Team Management Skills
- Excellent Planning and execution skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- High energy and self starter
- Good knowledge on Consumer and Competition behavior and Credit Card Market Dynamics
- Prior knowledge of alliances and partnerships is must.
- MBA (2009-2011)
- 8 years
- 3-4 years + experience in Payments Industry
- Payments Industry, Merchant Acceptance, Relationship Management, Insurance Channel Engagement
