AVP/Sr Manager - Transfer Pricing

About Business Unit:

Tax Transfer Price Documentation Unit prepares and manages the global transfer pricing documentation reports that will support its tax and transfer pricing teams in various parts of the world. This growing team offers several opportunities for growth and development of selected candidates and offers diverse global exposure in financial services transfer pricing.

About the Role:

This role offers selected candidates exposure to a vast number of complex Intercompany transactions including debt pricing, derivatives, swaps, assets management amongst several others.

Prepare and manage the global transfer pricing documentation reports that will support tax and transfer pricing teams in various parts of the world

- Management of end-to-end documentation process for over 50 countries

- Work in close coordination with the US HQ and business finance and tax professionals

- Regular interaction with group CFOs and controllers to understand the business model

- Monitor International TP developments and initiate action plans

- Gathering and analyzing data relating to intercompany transactions within the entire group

- Perform functional interviews and understand extremely complex flows

- Prepare and review country specific documentation for complex jurisdictions including India, China, mexico, Australia, UK, France amongst others

- Preparation of statutory TP disclosures for countries such as Australia and Canada

- Support HQ cost allocation processes

- Develop Internal Knowledge development tools

- Participate in controversy management

- Coordinate with external advisors on successful defense of group TP strategy

- Participate in setting up and enhancement of group TP policies

- 4-13 years of relevant experience in banking/finance/information technology or any related field

- Experience in a Big 4 or In- house TP environment.
