Desired Candidate :

- BE (pref) & MBA ( HR) - from premier B schools

- Incumbents must be currently handling HR Ops portfilio's at the corporate office / at Region (if is a large
organisation)

- Incumbents must be from MNCs or large & reputed Indian firms.
