Sr HR Business Partner

- Looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive various HR initiatives, process and programs in the organization. This position has generalist/business partner responsibilities including developing, managing, implementing, and integrating HR programs and guidelines for the business in support of organizational objectives.

- This includes developing strong business relationships with the management and client group; developing and driving the people strategy for the business; analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decisions; participating as a member of the WW services HR team; and driving and supporting cross-group and cross-region client and HR initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

- Business Partner - Understand the business. Serve as a key member of the HR team to assist in driving business results. Drive systemic organizational and people strategies that are aligned to the business strategy. Work closely with international HR partners to ensure seamless strategic management of the organization.

- Change Agent - Partner with and coach business leadership team to facilitate organization and culture change. Act as a catalyst for building Organizational Effectiveness within the business. Educate business on HR trends that affect the business. Acquire business sponsorship for HR initiatives

- Project management - Lead implementation of core HR programs into the business ensuring an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term. Provide business-specific feedback to the HR team for design and delivery improvement of client-ready solutions, including improved self service models.

- HR Generalist - includes employee relations, legal compliance, recruiting, performance management and appraisal, training and career counseling.

- Employee Advocate - Build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Organisation Values-based environment that enables effective employee advocacy. Ensure role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relation issues.

- Organization Capability - Drive Talent management, Manager Feedback and High Potential identification process, in close collaboration with People & Organization Capability (POC) team.
Support High Potential Identification and Development. Assist in design, development and implementation of on-going leadership development, calibration and succession planning processes.

- Serve as subject matter expert related to talent management initiatives within business. Coach high potentials regarding their learning experiences and leadership challenges.

- Employee Development- Identify learning needs of the employees. Define and implement the strategy and programs needed to successfully develop leaders, managers and employees.

- Support Diversity Initiatives and Programs - Diversity is a strategic business imperative for this organisation. Candidates shall possess strong generalist capabilities and proven business partner experience in a rapidly changing environment. Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically are essential.

- Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required. Expert level generalist skills and the ability to mentor and provide guidance to others within HR and the management team on complex issues. Strong consulting and analytical skills are essential.

- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization. A commitment to strategic business partnerships is a must. Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving, dynamic environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant HR experience

- Individuals with an MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HR

- Candidates must have excellent leadership, project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with a solid understanding of incentive compensation plans.
