AVP - Special Projects
Responsibilities:
- Manage special projects independently within the HR domain focusing on Talent Acquisition, demonstrating expertise in project management and execution.
- Utilize data analysis and presentation skills to drive insights and recommendations for initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather data, and deliver imperative solutions.
- Drive the implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert providing guidance and support to the HR team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices, incorporating learnings into project strategies and recommendations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the function.'
The Successful Applicant must have:
- NBFC, Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services experience is MUST
- Extensive experience, ideally 10+ years, in the field of Talent Acquisition and HR Function, with a demonstrated track record of independently managing and leading Talent Acquisition CoE.
- Strong track record in hiring for Leadership roles within NBFC Industry
- Strong academic background from Tier 1/2 colleges and a deep understanding of data analytics and presentation skills, enabling them to effectively analyze and communicate complex information.
- In addition to their technical skills, a successful candidate would exhibit high scalability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
