AVP - Sourcing &amp; Procurement - S2P Consulting Job Function : Digital Transformation and Operations Consulting Experience :&nbsp; Strong Sourcing and Procurement knowledge as well as process consulting experience Location : Bangalore Job Description: Deep Industry knowledge with 10+years of experience in consulting and driving business transformation programs for clients in Sourcing &amp; Procurement in Industrial Manufacturing vertical (cover all or any one of the sub sectors - Process manufacturing, Discrete manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace). - Strong experience in the following competency areas within the Manufacturing/S2P space i. Sourcing &amp; Procurement Transformation ii. Enterprise Performance Improvement iii. Production/ shop floor experience iv. Shared service design &amp; implementation - Will perform as an individual contributor on pre-sales and client engagement teams, working under the supervision of a Partner, to develop sales proposals, lead specific project initiatives,act as a subject matter expert on consulting projects and deliver work product. - Extensive experience in consulting proposal building working closely with the sales team and ensuring conversion of deals in the pipeline. - Solutioning, execution, operations, program and change management. - Client engagement activities include but are not limited to framing issues, problem-structuring, optimizing client processes, developing go-to-market strategies, and change management. - Manage work efforts to contract specifications.Develop quality work product(s) and documentation. - Support delivery assurance practices by participating in projects and maintaining accurate and timely project reporting. Anticipate and communicate project risks. - Interface with client leads and become a trusted advisor or confidant to the client. Cultivate successful client relationships. - Perform costing and pricing financial analyses. - Serve as a subject matter expert. - Problem Solving skills having created digital solutions for Sourcing &amp; Procurement operations and process transformation - Consulting skills. Should have managed large transformation programs/projects for clients - Comfortable with a matrixed structure and should work well with multiple internal groups and a diverse set of stakeholders - Lead a portfolio of accounts and ensure revenue and bookings targets are met and exceeded - Willingness to travel (50-60% of the time as required) - Understanding of Best of breed and emerging digital technologies in domain and industry
