AVP - Sourcing & Procurement - Financial Institute

Our client is world's leading multinational Financial Institute and provides its clients internationally diversified services across the globe. They are hiring for a Procurement professional for their Pune team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Managing the entire Procurement lifecycle for technology outsourcing and commercial consulting for multiple categories.

- Review & evaluate existing contracts & new opportunities.

- Vendor management, partner with Technology Leads and Legal team in the negotiation of various types of agreements.

- Ensuring end to end Sourcing events including RFX, commercial negotiations with suppliers and partners as appropriate with the legal and finance support teams.

- Review of category spend and management.

- Contract Drafting, Negotiation & Execution.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 10 to 12 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement, vendor management and contract management.

- Strong Negotiation and presentation skills.

- Sourcing RFx Events, Strategic Projects across categories.

- Sourcing for IT/ non-IT Category in Global sourcing environment is preferred.

- Strong Analytical and problem solver person.

- Proficient in MS Office tools - Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

- Global Stakeholder management
