AVP - Solutioning

Desired Skill sets :

- Solid foundational knowledge of Banking - Consumer, Commercial, Wealth etc. with deep expertise in atleast 1 area

- Hands on Experience in leading client engagements - Solution Identification, Due Diligence, Re-Engineering, Transitions, Diagnostics/Sol Id exposure preferred

- Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills - to lead and participate effectively in teams and ensure delivery of the output

- Experience in leading client interactions and project teams

- Interest and curiosity to explore developments in the market be engaging with internal teams, external experts

- Well versed with MS PowerPoint, Excel - Ability to synthesize information and inputs & translate thoughts, ideas, concepts into impactful solution Proposals presentations.

- Excellent Project and time management skills - handle multiple deliverables simultaneously

Job Responsibility :

- Liaison with BD, GRM teams to understand potential opportunities and requirements

- Lead/ support solution development and response Efforts for RFIs, RFP, and proactive proposals and Point of view presentations for prospective clients

- Develop/contribute to solution building aspects such as - capabilities articulation, understanding client situation & challenges, articulating our solution win themes & value proposition, Target Operating model design, Potential value adds & commercial constructs.

- Participate and Lead solution discussions & workouts with functional teams - Operations, Practice & Service Lines, Analytics, IT, Pricing, HR, Training etc. through the deal lifecycle to develop robust solutions

- Develop solution and bid strategy based on deal scope, Client situation, positioning, Competitive insights

- Lead client visits and orals presentations

- Create and augment material to articulate capabilities, offerings and solutions, work with the Marketing team, respond to Analyst Surveys
