Summary of Role / Profile:

Focus of the Function: Solutioning

Why does this job exist:

- Need to have people who are good at envisioning commercially viable products and solutions; People who can contribute from a individual contributor role in all the challenges in creating and commercializing envisioned solutions

How does the role add value:

Need to co-create solutions with OLs/SMEs

- Need to ensure created solutions are packaged and commercialized well

- Need to solution for first 3 customers

- As need be move into Delivery roles

What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years:

- Support in identifying and prioritizing solutions

- Support creating solutions individually or along with designated SMEs

- Work with multiple groups

- Comprehend current market trends

- Analyze RFx trends to identify solution opportunity

Specific competences ( Essential

- Must understand Healthcare and LS industries well

- Must be able to analyse market trends, brainstorm with SMEs/GRMs/BD and derive insights to build commercially viable soltuions

- Drive to achieve results and ability to get things done

- Good communication skills, reasonable presentation skills

- Must be able to create go to market strategy and sales collaterals for soltuions

- Must be able to drive designated SME/team to create solution

- Strategy planning

- Framework creation

- Institutionalizing best practices

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge, Experience, Education

- Support in identifying and prioritizing solutions

- Support creating solutions individually or along with designated SMEs

- Work with multiple groups in ensuring planned deliverables in solution creation are met.

- Comprehend current market trends

- Analyze RFx trends to identify olution opportunity

- Create go to market strategy

- Create sales collaterals and supporting documents

- Educate GRMs/BD/Sales on solutions

- As need be move into Delivery roles
