We are hiring for an NBFC established in 2009, is primarily focused on Micro & Small Enterprise Secured Business Loans with Loan against Property, Loan against Gold & Loan for Small Commercial Vehicles.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and execute the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom line delivery for the SME Direct Business.
- Develop and manage the SME Direct product line, define strategies to deliver net income in line with organization's goals.
- Work closely with external bank partnerships, to develop and recommend product enhancements including, operational efficiencies, strategy opportunities, new sales tools, etc.
- Implement sales strategy across India for the SME Direct products (including partner products). Responsible for building capabilities to sell multiple products, across locations.
- Overall P&L ownership & responsible for managing growth and profitability of the channel.
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher revenue per employee
- Implement processes & strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze profitability, delinquency, and viability of all SME Direct products (all) for future planning.
- Monitor pricing, portfolio performance including budgetary, expansion and long term business planning.
- Responsible for financial planning and analysis, monitoring competitors- activities, ensuring compliance with the product policies & pricing, tracking costs, ensuring cost control and reduction.
- Design and execute national level promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase market penetration
