AVP - Skill Development

Job Detail :

- Create an environment for sustainable and profitable business working with government

- To lead, direct, plan business strategy and oversee initial implementation of part. Plan bottom-line, top line business objectives for the company.

- To Create Business Model for rolling out the Operations and setting up a large multilevel state team operations for Mobilization from Rural Areas and Skills Training.

- Preparation of annual budget and P&L for all regions.

- To create a process and timely completion of training program (against Milestones)

- Creating, Delivering and monitoring the Mobilization plan.

- To prepare & implement Project plan for timely completion of Projects

- Improvement in existing process to reduce costs and increase EBITDA

- Identifying placement opportunities for trainees. To have MoU’s in place with Companies and Manpower recruiting agencies.

- Engagement with relevant Ministries and Departments in govt. Creating and managing sustainable business partnerships.

- Timely Invoice booking, filing of Utilisation certificates & Payment collection.

- Identification of Training Centres & partners for smooth running of training programs.

- Design and develop framework for competency based outcomes for evaluation, assessments and training delivery for different Sectors and different levels.

Education Qualification : MBA

Candidate should have Experience 12 yrs - 18 yrs with min 3-5 Years experience in Skill Development
