One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  AVP-Settlement & DP Operations  Basic Job Purpose:  - This role would be to manage team of 5-7 members and managing settlement & DP Operation  - The role involves managing end to end capital market brokerage settlement, DP process execution, clearing and settlement of trades between client and exchange.   - The candidates shall carry exposure towards in depth knowledge of Equity and Derivatives settlement, exchange circulars and performing reconciliations.  - The role involves understanding exchange reporting, handling Depository back office functions, resolve settlement queries and coordinating between tech and vendors for UAT testing for new product launch of the  system upgrades.  - He will closely liaise with business on monitor daily activities.  - Responsible for carrying out trade processing, settlement of securities and funds, margining and performing reconciliations, Client & exchange reporting, handling Depository back office functions and UAT of the system upgrades  Education & Experience:  - CA/MBA with 6-10 yrs of relevant work experience.  - Good understanding of the Indian capital markets with specific focus on Equity and Derivatives and compliance framework  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore
