Senior Service Delivery Role US Retirements/Defined Benefits

Leading KPO having strong Insurance operations currently looking for US Retirement/Defined Benefits professional who will heading a span of 100 for service delivery of operation.

JOB Role: AVP

Responsibilities:

- People management: Handle large multiple diverse client teams ranging from Retirement services to private equities

- Identify business processes inefficiencies that delay delivery timelines. Restructure and reorganize teams to achieve SLA goals

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to set up robust framework & systems to ensure on time and seamless delivery.

- Responsible for the P&L of the business that is being managed. Responsible to focus on Gross Profit.

- Develop and retain talent

- Support in developing various business strategies

- Responsible for pre-sales support, operationalizing new businesses

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

EXPECTATIONS :

Minimum of 15 years relevant to US Pensions/Retirement/Defined benefits/401K operations. Should be in a senior service delivery role for the last 5 years, handling P&L, strong account management, stakeholder management and handling RFPs, RFQs, as well closing deals. Will be face of the company with all clients for this domain.
