Designation: AVP/ Senior Manager - Transitions - Financial Services (Non-Technology)
Location: Bengaluru.
- Deep expertise in Core Transition Management including Service, HR, Technology
- Experience in designing & building Transition Management methodology, tools & templates that can be leveraged across engagements from different businesses
- Experience to incubate a practice, design operating models, discuss on service proposition with Senior Partners in onshore member firms
- Collaborate with business team & help seamless transition from Client to our clients delivery centers
- Build a team, hire external talent, train internal people & deploy them on engagements
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders & help increase penetration across US offices
- Design Quality Assurance framework to ensure quality output from our delivery centers
- Gain high-level knowledge on Tax practice to clearly understand the business needs and ensure the knowledge is current and refreshed
- Work with the Offshore, Onshore, and end-client stakeholders/leadership to understand expectations on the client services/projects to be transitioned
- Influence and shape transition solutions, working with service-line leaders, Engagement Manager, and Onshore stakeholders
- Estimate the budgets, resource requirement, and risks associated with the process transition more accurately
- Provides assistance to Engagement Leads and team members on transition, ensure all deliverables are completed according to the agreed (comprehensive, realistic, and effective) transition plans
- Set up and lead the engagement calls with Offshore and Onshore teams related to the new transitions
- Proactively identify roadblocks and suggest alternatives in the execution of newly transitioned engagements
- Be responsible and coordinate the implementation activities within the teams and Adhoc projects, providing effective support to our client's Operations team including information flow to and from between two teams
- Monitoring and assessing the value delivered to the client throughout the project life cycle ensuring transition planning tools and methodologies are utilized
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery for steady-state operations, support of the solution after the successful transition and transformation of services
