CTC : 30-35LPA  Should have strong Experience and Knowledge of "Investment Banking" "Middle Office" And "Back Office" Business.  Key Responsibilities :  - Assessing business needs for talent acquisition and talent deployment, developing workforce plan and strategic staffing strategy.  - Developing & Implementing new recruiting and deployment strategy/ programs and policies.  - Designing and producing employment branding/marketing materials and related internal and external recruiting communications.  - Managing recruiting relationships and events (on campus, job fairs, etc.).  - Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance of all staffing programs and practices  - Measuring and analyzing recruiting and deployment results  - Evaluating and selecting vendors for recruiting and deployment, developing contracts etc.  - Maintaining staffing/recruiting reports and generate new data as when required for management consumption.  - Define, create, design and implement a resourcing strategy that aligns to the needs of the organization and business. Review the resourcing strategy time to time in light of changing expectation/demand of the organization.
