AVP/Senior Manager - Reconciliation - Investment Banking

Role and Responsibilities

As the lead you will be responsible to

- Ensure that all operational and people management issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

- Monitor quality of processing in cooperation with Managers and Lead the LOB through regular spot checks

- Evaluate team performance by following up on common objectives, reoccurring errors, volumes, overtime, etc.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the operations teams running of various teams under the Global Fund Accounting Support Services

Essential Criteria

To be eligible you will need to

- Be a graduate /Postgraduate in any field

- Have over 10 years of work experience in Investment banking

- Over 7 years of experience in capital market reconciliation with minimum 5 years of people managment role

- Have handled teams of 25+ individules

- Be comfortable with working in Shifts between 11 am to 12.30 am

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
