Job Description :

- We are looking for a AVP/ Senior Manager -FP&A who will report into the Director of Finance and lead the FP&A team to deliver superior analysis of financial and operational goals/metrics.

- The ideal candidate is someone with excellent analytical skills , self driven, good puzzle solving skills , and excited to lead team of exceptional financial analysts.

- The team's mission is to provide transformational financial analysis that assists in driving the business to success.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of financial analysts who develop financial models, materials, and recommendations by conducting comprehensive financial analyses and utilizing appropriate methods for executive decision-making

- Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and improved operational efficiencies

- Identify metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk

- Uncover trends in spend and offer prescriptive, tailored recommendations. And completeness of vision to help businesses increase operational efficiency and the ability to execute this vision

- Effectively represent the Finance team in client-facing meetings and communications

- Leverage technology to gain a complete real-time picture of spend across organization

- Apply analytics & models to deliver business function insights & FP&A improvements

- Support finance partners in the implementation of models, development of ongoing measurement, tracking performance versus expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions

- Financial modeling to capture updated financials instantly and prepare 'what if' scenarios

- Shift and upgrade the existing reporting tools to deliver new finance capabilities

- Execute accurate reporting, enabling oneself to analyze options and make financial recommendations

- Lead with People, Process and with Performance

Preferred Candidate :

- CA / MBA with 10+ year in Finance industry, with 3+ years in FP&A capacity at Managerial Level

- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, utilizing power pivot, macros, etc.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple competing priorities

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to problem solve, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
