AVP/Senior Manager Finance for a Leading (B2B) Product Based Organisation- Mumbai Financial Reporting, Analysis & Compliance: - Ensure accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting, adhering to accounting principles/standards and legal requirements. - Manage company's financial systems and budgets, implementing and overseeing strict financial controls. - Managing and overseeing Statutory and Internal Audits of group companies to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. - Develop and refine financial policies, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency and evaluate cost reduction opportunities - Leading deep financial analysis along with best industry benchmarks in order to bring more business synergies and insights Taxation: - Compliance and Risk Management - Banking Operations & Treasury Management - International Expansion and managing International Subsidiaries - Operations and Team Leadership Others: - Reviewing payroll approval process along with business partner - Any other ad hoc business process review or ad hoc analysis as per business requirement - Are a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience with a minimum of 5 years of team leadership experience - Have work experience with any of the BIG 4 firms - Are proficient in financial software and ERP systems - Have a working knowledge of MicrosoftDynamicsBusiness Central - Have a working knowledge of managing groups of companies including international subsidiaries - Have excellent financial acumen with an eye for detail - Have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders - Are tech savvy, business-oriented, and a problem-solving with a growth mindset - Have expertise in GAAP Accounting, IND AS, Companies Act, Taxation, FEMA, Forex & Treasury
