Job Description:
As a AVP / Sr Manager - F&A, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our hotel project.
What you will do:
- Preparing and maintaining financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for the hotel project
- Managing cash flow, budgets, and financial transactions to ensure the project remains within budget
- Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to improve financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Coordinating with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders to provide financial information and support
- Managing tax planning and compliance for the hotel project
- Providing financial insights and support to senior management to aid in decision-making
What you need to have:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Prior experience in hotel projects is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
