Customer Service Manager profile with following JD:
1. Welcoming and Onboarding and clients to IIFL system
2. Developing and managing customer service software and ensure regular trackings in order to have a better customer experience
3, Addressing client issues and complaints and produce requisite reports and resolutions on timely basis
4. Plan and execute client service improvement initiatives
5. Plan and execute client engagement/delight initiatives including tying up with external brands as value added benefit
6. Setup backend systems and processes with regards to all post sales client initiatives including call centres etc
7. Closely interact with HR for regular trainings of sales staff for improvement of client interactions, both functional and behavioral
8. Overseeing all customer interactions with the client and ensuring the parameters for the same
Candidates should be a Customer Service Managers in a similar industry for minimum 2 years with total work experience of 7-10 years. Management graduate with strong IT background will be a prerequisite, though not mandatory for suitable candidate.
