Job Title: Assistant Vice President/ Sr. Manager- Business Planning
Location: Noida
Reporting to: VP
Job Summary: The incumbent would be required to work on making business operating plans, work on input parameters to drive the plans (meetings being done, right products being pitched, making & rolling out sales incentive plans, controlling sales processes, etc.) and will be responsible for revenue maximization & churn management.
Job Description:
- Good at data analysis- should be able to measure & enable mapping of input parameters (meetings done, quality of client interactions, engagement, etc.) with output parameters (revenue delivery, retention %, churn %, etc.)
- Understands deeply Product and the customers- should be able to segment
- Previous experience of strategy & sales management- arriving at and rolling out business/revenue plans, other KPIs
- Incentive Structures/Management
- Exposure to CRM systems- have a systems & technology view to work with internal stakeholders (IT/Sales) to automate workflows within various processes
- Assist in the development of annual operating plans for Sales, Upsell and Customer Retention
- Develop performance metrics, promotion schemes and monitor key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the Sales and Servicing teams
Job Requirements:
- 6-9 years of relevant experience including last couple of years should be in leading position as part of the product marketing/product strategy /GTM Strategy teams
- B Tech + MBA
- Ability to work together with cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic work environment
- Data analytics
- Customer focus on service orientation and strong business acumen
