AVP/Sr. Director - Sales Operations - B2B SAAS - Travel Background
The AVP/Sr. Director Sales Operations position is responsible for providing the sales teams with reliable and high-quality intelligence on every deal and support sales forecasting, analysis, reporting functions in in order to drive them in the right direction. This role directly reports to the top management and works closely with Regional Heads and Sales Managers at PAN India level. This role is responsible for directly enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales which would result in both top and bottom-line growth of the company.
- Process Optimization - providing a simple and easy-to-follow sales process
- Sales process development, adoption, and adherence
- Enabling the sales team with intelligence at lead/opportunity level
- Executing Sales Forecasting on a Q-o-Q & M-o-M basis
- Owning reports and dashboards for Sales Organization
- Enabling the Sales in improving the level of engagement in deals and helping any which way to accelerate the deals forward
- Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions (Sales, SDR, Legal, Pre-sales, Marketing Team)
- Ensuring CRM updates and availability for Sales teams
- Supporting programs to improve sales productivity and efficiencies. Driving business process, workflow re-engineering, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Understand Sales and Marketing KPI metrics to cover Lead to Order data of Sales opportunity lifecycle.
- Build reporting dashboards and drive analysis to increase the performance visibility to the business owners. Synthesize complex data into easily understood and compelling management reports and performance dashboards
- Providing the sales team with any necessary materials, tools and reports so they can hit the targets consistently.
What you must have:
- Minimum 8+ year of experience of with atleast 3 years in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience in the role of Sales Ops/Sales Support or Rev ops is a must to have
- Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM Administration, Process Automation & workflow management in CRM
Proficiency in data management/analytical tools including experience with:
- Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PPT & Google suite product
- Experience with BA & BI Tools like R/Python & Tableau / PowerBI / Data Studio would be an added advantage
- Achieve results through influence, persuasion & collaboration. Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
