AVP/Senior Consultant - Strategy Consulting

Our Client is an Independent strategy and performance improvement management consulting firm with offices in India, Southeast Asia and Middle East.

They are in an expansion mode and looking for an AVP & Sr. Consultant- Strategy Consulting in Mumbai & Chennai.

- The individual in this role will need take ownership of client and project management mid to large projects.

- The individual will provide intellectual direction and leadership to the team, and mentor and groom team-members.

- The individual will also be responsible to support the firm's business development initiatives.

- The individual will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of projects and lead the projects independently.

- Experience: Post MBA qualification (batches of 2007 - 2012), in the area of Strategy/ Operations Consulting having worked with either a Big4 or Top Tier consulting firm or another boutique Management Consulting firm.
