AVP - Senior Consultant - Transfer Agency (Multifonds, MFTA) - Investment Bank

Hiring for my Investment Banking client based out of Bangalore

Position : Senior Consultant (Transfer Agency)

(This would be an IC [Individual Contributor] role)

Location: Bangalore

Years of Experience : 9 - 13 years

Timings/Shifts : EMEA & Late EMEA

Skills :

- Looking for seasoned professionals who come with hands-on experience in transfer agency, especially who have extensive exposure in working with MFTA tools

Management Responsibilities - 

- Lead TA BPA team in outstanding execution and delivery of services

- Ensure transition of activities into the group are managed and are successfully implemented

- Ensure reporting is developed & completed accurately and within specified timeframes

- Deliver high-quality service to stakeholders by accurate, timely completion of all assigned tasks and requests for information

- Organise workload and team members in an efficient and effective manner

- Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes/projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation

- Focus on leading and developing people through continuous mentoring / coaching

- Conducts the full performance management process and work closely with management on staffing decisions

Functional Responsibilities :

- Analyse operations procedures, processes, and issues to identify areas for automation to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

- Collaborates and elicit, analyze, outline and develop requirements for a well-defined project coordinating with business and technology teams.

- Review workflow to evaluate the effectiveness and proposes system changes to improve productivity

- Consistently demonstrates expertise and lead high priority engagements/projects.

- Review and analyze system specifications, collaborate with the project team to develop effective test strategies and plans.

- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and review results for Transfer Agency applications, report and troubleshoot defects.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the implementation lifecycle

- Demonstrate advanced subject matter expertise to perform functional reviews of transformational initiatives and on-going BAU change agendas.

- Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes/projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation.

- Train, coach and mentor juniors in the group

- Provide regular management reports and Operational MIS to stakeholders and management

Skills/Experience Required :

- Proven experience as a BA or similar role for Transfer Agency/applications

- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals, and manage and motivate team members towards the established goals

- Demonstrates strong experience in change initiatives, covering areas such as Scrum, Agile, IT and product development; with a track record of accomplishment in complex projects and change initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to interact and manage expectations with stakeholders and management

- A good understanding of the Transfer Agency business- Multifonds Global Investor

- Agile Scrum Master Certification CCBA, CBAP or other BA certification would be preferred
