Product Manager (AVP/ Sr AVP level) - Artificial Intelligence IT Solution

Basic Function

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product / Solution development and Implementation initiatives associated with company's Advanced Technologies solutions. The Product Manager will have below responsibilities:

- Drive Company's business aligned product strategy including products, business need, market analysis, Product concept development, and go to market design.

- This role will be responsible for driving the conversation and will be making presentations of these strategies to the executive team

- Develop product requirements documents (PRDs) that meet customer and strategic requirements while providing clear direction to the development teams

- Develop product roadmap, version / release management and track the product pipeline and implementations

- Serve as a product evangelist with Marketing, Sales, and the go-to-market organization to help them understand the vision, roadmap and best practices.

- Business team/ Operational Leadership, and/or Senior Management, Development and testing team

- All Technology Sub-Functions

Primary External Interactions

- Client Teams - especially Client Business & Technology Teams.

- External Vendors - Product & Services Vendors/Partners, Industry/Business forums

Technical Skills

- Understanding/Delivery Experience in a Business Aligned IT scenarios

- Understanding and experience of agile / iterative development methodology

- Ability to translate technology features into business benefits

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment

- Strong leader, self-starter and proven team player in a high achievement-oriented environment

Process Specific Skills:

- Understanding/Delivery Experience in a Business Aligned IT scenarios

- Understanding and experience of various SDL model Agile/Scrum, Waterfall etc.

Soft skills:

- Excellent Presentation, Verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Worked / exposure to software application management

Education Requirements

- Graduate, preference for degree in Computer Science (MCA/BS/BE) with industry recognized certifications

Work Experience Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years- experience in Application Solution role as a part of business organizations primarily Customer Advisory Service / Software Application firms providing services to Insurance, Banking, Utilities industries verticals.

- Proven to be Technically savvy and showcase strong business application and solution experience

- Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
