AVP/Senior Associate - Investment Banking
- Perform financial analysis, due diligence, research, modelling, and documentation of live transactions
- Collateral preparation and review of materials including investment memoranda, models, and pitchbooks
- Part of pitch making team to prospective clients- work on research reports, weekly updates, newsletters etc.
- Deal/Project: Managing or Lead in the entire deal cycle e.g. origination, pitching, execution, negotiation etc.
- Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction
- Sector coverage & business development
- Organize and participate in ideation session and maintain database for assigned sector
- Responsible for networking and Independent client engagement
- Outreach to companies (cold calling, attending external events)- Generating and following up on new deal ideas.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and legal issues in the financial industry.
- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
- Mentor / educate and develop other junior professionals to cultivate their skill sets, technical abilities, investment acumen and firm contributions.
