Sector Solutions Professional, AVP, Singapore or Hong Kong (Mandarin Language)
Responsibilities :
Deal Management :
- Partner with sales leads to identify client opportunities, issues and support in all aspects of new client relationship development
- Produce client collateral in support of new business solicitation and client relationship development and management activities
- Act as internal project manager in preparing to respond to RFPs for complex deals, liaising with sales, business, product, operations and shared function groups
- Assist sales lead in solution structuring, fee proposals, deal positioning and internal approval processes
- Assist sales leads in post-RFP, pre-engagement due diligence
- Assist sales leads in communicating with clients, including but not limited to preparing client presentations, conducting client and market research, facilitating client meetings and events
- Assist sales leads in contracting, on-boarding and transition process as deals go live
- Would be expected to work on deals across the APAC region
Experience :
Required :
- At least 5 years post-undergraduate professional experience
- Fluent speaking, reading and professional writing skills in English
- Experience in financial services
- Experience in supporting new business development or client relationship management
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: Sovereign Wealth Funds/Central Banks, Insurance, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Alternatives
- Experience in supporting deal structuring and project management
- Experience in supporting/evaluating financial analysis and pricing of sales proposals
- Proven ability to lead and conduct research and analysis with minimum supervision
- Proven ability to produce high quality presentations
- Ability to lead and work on multiple projects simultaneously involving multiple jurisdictions and maintain a strong professional attitude when under pressure
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor more junior professionals
- Interest to build an internal network and to communicate effectively across multiple countries and cultures
- Passion for continuous learning and excellence
Advantageous :
- Experience in financial services similar to company's product offering
- Experience in structuring solutions across multiple products within a financial services environment
- Experience in a consultative function within new business development/RFP processes
