Role : Sector Coverage and Origination Grade : Up to AVP level Reporting To: Head - ECM Roles and Responsibilities: - a. Analyse, map, and scan the sectoral opportunities in a top-down manner. This analysis would form the basis to identify the targets which can go public in next 6-18 months b. Have a good pulse of the capital markets across sectors to identify current/on-going IPO opportunities c. Prepare pitch/credential book d. Prepare financial model from scratch and conduct detailed valuation analysis Primary responsibility of the team member(s) would be to: The team member should have worked on various sectors and should be ready to work on sector agnostic basis. Job Specifications: - An ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with CA+MBA educational background would be preferred. CA should be in first attempt and MBA should be from a top tier college. Client facing personality and industry network are desirable. Candidate only with relevant experience in ECM can apply.
