They are an esteemed brand within the analytics industry and always strive to recruit the best analytics talent in the industry. With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking to recruit an analytics professional in their Global Operations team.

Job Description

Reporting into a VP and handling a team of 10-15 analysts, your main responsibility will be to analyse large volume of operational data and recommend strategy for the global operations of the bank. In addition to this you will be responsible to -

- Liaise with senior stakeholders in various geographies to understand the trends in the operational data and give strategies to increase profitability

- Work closely with analysts in an ambiguous environment

- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and develop them professionally

- Work on global data for the bank and produce management information reports

The Successful Applicant

You must be an MBA/ MCA with 7 to 8 years experience in SAS Programming with knowledge of SAS, SQL, Teradata, Unix etc. You must be a Base and Advanced SAS certified professional. In addition to this you should have the exposure of working in an ambiguous environment to figure out strategies for the bank. You must have exposure of handling large teams and providing thought leadership to them. In addition to this you should have strong people management experience.
