Brief description of duties:  - Sales Support/ Desk support - Fixed Income Cash Bonds   - Managing clients and counterparties   - Managing a large size team   - Managing multiple stakeholders across regions   - Effectively manage all risks and exposures associated with the various trading activities across the books for Sales Clients and ensure all exceptions have been closed out in a timely manner   - Trade amendments including pricing and billing   - Fails management   - Settlement monitoring and tracking   - Reporting including daily, weekly and monthly MIS, corporate actions   - Risk management - Regular interactions with risk, legal and compliance teams   - Staying involved in metrics collation, trending analysis, weekly calls with the stakeholders on issues related to systems, aged breaks and enhancements, coordinating within the regions on common issues, timely escalations.   Qualification, Experience & Skills: Core Skills:   - Experience of 8 -10 years in Investment Banking/Large Brokerage Houses   - Knowledge of Investment Banking w.r.t. special reference to FI Cash Bonds   - Thorough technical understanding of Fixed Income Cash Bonds product   - Basic understanding of Equities   - Core knowledge of various markets and its nuances   - Understanding of complete trade life cycle of relevant FI products   General Competencies:   - Excellent Communication and organizational skills   - Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.   - Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills   - Team Management   - Conflict Management
