AVP - Sales Performance Reporting and Analytics & Partner Management -with SBI Cards & Payment Service
Role :
Summary/Purpose :
- The incumbent will be responsible for Performance Reporting & Sales Analytics; providing Business Intelligence to the Senior Management Team and managing four large Manpower Partners with 8,000 front-line non full-time employees (NFTE- s) across all Sales Channels (Direct to Customers, Co-Brands, E-apply & SBI Branch) in SBI Card spread across multiple locations in India.
Essential Responsibilities :
Sales Vendor Management :
- Managing four large Purchase Service Providers (PSA) for six sales channels across - 71 locations & 110 sites.
- Managing - 8000 Non-full time employees (NFTE- s) with responsibility for overseeing the new hire process of the manpower partner in line with budgeted numbers ( around 2000 incremental new hires every month) & Controllership responsibility for wing-to-wing Payroll Management
- Manage Rs 200 crore of annual Vendor Payout, Operating Cost PR & PO process ownership and wing-to-wing Cost Management
- Oversee Existing and New Infrastructure management of the manpower partner.
- Regulatory Compliance oversight & accountability related to NFTE Management & Infrastructure
- Responsible for Internal & External Audit of all partner sites.
Performance Reporting & Analytics :
- Responsible for Cross functional interface for Data collation and Analysis; critical for Sales Strategy - from concept to implementation & monitoring
- Track Competitor activity on Sales practice/ strategy and provide business intelligence to the Senior Management Team of SBI Card
Sales Performance Management :
- Responsible for engagement with Sales channels for Target setting, rollout and adherence
- Performance dashboards, Reporting & Analysis - Daily, Weekly, Monthly to internal and external stakeholders including SBI
- Planning, Implementing & Monitoring Sales FTE Variable Incentive Structure
- Responsible for wing-to-wing NFTE Incentive payouts process
- Responsible for the Remuneration/Commission process to SBI and Co-brand Partners
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in Sales; exposure to handling large teams at Zonal / National level comprising of full time employees and outsourced agencies. Experience in Sales management will be desirable.
- Knowledge of Credit Card & Financial services products (insurance, mutual funds etc.)
- Good understanding of key and relevant business metrics and dynamics of credit card sales.
- Ability to motivate and work across all levels in the organization
- Proven ability to increase productivity & continuously improve methods, approaches and departmental contribution while being cost sensitive. Committed to continuous learning.
- MBA from recognized & reputed business school/institution
- Willing and able to travel within India
