Qualifications: MBA from reputed business school must. CA or PGDM in Finance combination preferred Work Experience (highlight) : 1. Experience of 7-10 years in Financial institution /Debt market OR worked in an advisory/ consultancy firm 2. Experience in sales with NBFC clients for debt placement and executing a deal (all products) 3. Experience in handling market databases such as Bloomberg, Reuters and/or exchange platforms will act as added advantage 4. Awareness of market trends Core Purpose of the Role : 1. Managing the entire DCM sales process; building and managing sales proposals/ presentations and generate leads with NBFC clients only 2. Placement of credit papers 3. Business development: Proactively source, acquire and expand high value customer relationship by maximizing sales and service opportunities in NBFC sector 4. Client Engagement: Provide regular value-added engagement with clients; with the support of product specialists, intuitively recognize and understand a client's investment needs and goals in order to provide holistic financial solutions and Influence the client's decision making process to generate revenue for the business 5. Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume targets and maintain the market mapping for each client 6. Builds an active internal network, to drive superior multi-channel/market service offering/delivery, thereby creating new opportunities with existing and/or new clients 7. Execute transactions 8. Follow internal SOP norms 9. Ensure optimum client servicing in terms of post deal execution, research, advisory, etc. 10. Monitor the deal pipeline and other KPIs through 11. Preparation, Analysis and maintenance of MIS 12. Preparation of analytical material and Tracking guidelines for all relevant sectors Talent Attribute : Sound understanding of financial statements Should be tech savy, with exposure on CRM ideation / execution Has increasingly in-depth knowledge of NBFC sector High degree of attention to detail and accuracy Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
