AVP Sales - Large Corporates
MBA from Tier 1 colleges
- Responsible for the origination of the Business for the Large Corporate Group in the given region
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing strong relationship with existing and new clients
- Identify unrated clients and facilitate them in migrating from unrated domain to rated domain and also help them leverage rating for fund raising
- Building MIS & market intelligence about competitors, preparing geography wise and service wise sales plans and achieving them
- Team Management Recruiting, training and handling a large team of Associates (across geographies)
- Developing strategies in conjunction with top management and also, keeping a track on regulatory changes resulting in business opportunities
- Attending Conferences/Seminar/Workshops and networking with people
