AVP - Sales HR - BFSI

- Designs and Manages projects aimed towards enhancing employee experience throughout the Employee Life Cycle journey for the Sales Force resulting in higher employee engagement and increased productivity

- Designs, develops and executes talent sourcing strategies and identifying various talent sourcing avenues.

- Analyzing key trends and provide MIS's on different aspects.

- Conceptualizing and Implementing HR Tech projects

- Responsible for delivering exceptional candidate experience through seamless onboarding initiatives

- Facilitates effective implementation of new people management initiatives.

- Builds a strong business relationship with the field and works closely with business to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

- Analyses performance and aids in improvement of performance through HR interventions

- Ensures alignment between people management strategies and the existing business's policies and procedures. Manages complex and challenging HR Projects

- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks in processes

- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for Sales employees

- Designs and Implements Attrition and Retention Management Initiatives
