One of our leading client in Gurgaon is looking for Sales Force Effectiveness consulting professionals with analytical bend of mind.
Identification & Measurement of both Quantitative and Qualitative Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) indicators; Benchmark productivity vs. external & internal benchmarking and set ambitious targets
- Acquire data on leads/prospects across multiple public sources and partnerships; Define and build prospect/lead prioritization, customer targeting, segmentation and operational effectiveness
- Drive significant improvements in SFE through execution/use of predictive techniques
- Enable management to take faster & accurate decision based on analytics, dashboards and data insights
- Identify Leading and Lagging indicators and execute dashboard for field and management
- Establish/strengthen Sales force automation tool and lead the implementation of CRM tools
- Optimize sales function planning through development of competitive selling metrics ensuring congruence with BU specific sales initiatives
- Ensure excellent cross functional alignment/integration of all Sales processes, policies and interactions both within the Sales Function and across the commercial operations
- Suggest the FF resource allocation based on efforts intensity at product/geography level.
- Drive effectiveness measures including target allocation and resource
