1. Complete responsibility of Top Line Revenue from Inside Sales team
2. Establishing processes and policies for a scale of 800- 1000 BDs (should be highly scalable)
3. Should be aware of implementing new tech tools for sales productivity improvement
4. Should have good scheme designing and analytical mindset
5. High on people management skills with 2-3 layers of Reporting
6. Should have experience in Offline sales setup and scaling (preferably Edtech)
7. Offline experience of B2B and B2C both will be preferable
8. Should implement new training techniques for sales development
9. High engagement of sales team through team bonding and R&R activities
10. Should have offline sales experience too with both B2B and B2C
