Title: AVP, Sales

What would you be doing?

- Identifying the inefficiencies in the front-sales processes which include multiple sales channels such a Phone, Chat and Email.

- Understand the current business flow processes and implement new processes with an objective to increasing the efficiency.

- Align the front-sales with the organizational sales and marketing objective and maximize the ROI.

- Effectively implement and use CRM tools to design and engineer the front-sales processes.

- Lead a team of front-sales executives and improve the productivity of the team.

- Defining the customer experience and improve the post-sales systems and processes.

- Identifying metrics to evaluate the performance of the front-sales and post-sales service levels and align them with business objectives of Sales, Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention.

- Working closely with the leadership team to design the processes and streamline the ROI objectives.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing functions for implementation.

Who are we looking for?

- MBA Graduate from a Tier-I B-school with a deep understanding of sales processes.

- 1-2 years of experience in Sales /Business Process Implementation/CRM.

- Analytical and ROI driven approach towards implementation and execution

- Exceptional attention to detail, meticulous approach towards designing solutions

- Self Motivated and Flexible

- Experience in Ecommerce would be a plus
