AVP - Sales & Distribution
Looking for a seasoned business leader to head a new growth project for a premium jewelry brand
Currently, expanding and scaling up the distribution network is an important growth driver.
The candidate will be responsible for owning the full distribution business :
- Develop the retail (Shop-in-Shop and online) and marketplace expansion plan and build a strong retail team.
- Own revenue targets and drive the complete P&L for these channels. Goal is to scale this up 10x in the next 2 years.
- Define and own the full retail experience. This would involve working with cross-functional teams across tech, vm and marketing.
- Identify new channel opportunities and keep experimenting to find out what's worth scaling.
The candidate should have the following:
Should have built and scaled a consumer business.
- Strong understanding of funnel management in an e-commerce (preferably omni-channel) setting.
- Atleast 2 years- experience in sales and 3-8 years of channel / category management is required. Experience in digital marketing would be an added bonus.
