Profile Title: Sales & Distribution- Banking

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years

Candidate Expectation :

- Looking for a candidate with minimum 5 to 8 years of amc experience managing Banking channel.

- Sales Incentives: Sales employees are on incentives driven by targets & not on Bonus. Incentives are paid on quarterly basis.

Role: Team Handling Role.

JD :

Job Summary -

- Will have responsibilities of handling both retail & banking channel.

- Achieve Regional targets channel wise (IFAs, Banks, Retail, Wealth).

- New Channel Development (Empanelment & develop new channel partners like IFAs, Banks, Local IFA- s, Distribution houses etc.)

- Do key Client meetings in the region for each channel. Would be responsible for conducting & representing the organization at various seminars, events, and make presentations.

- On site & Off site training to channels on products, processes, software- s, and sales approach wrt to PMS and Mutual Funds.
