AVP - Sales - Commercial Projects - Real Estate

AVP Sales - Bangalore & Mumbai - For a real estate company.

- The client is based in Chennai, and are looking for senior sales professionals who would be responsible for sales of commercial projects in Bangalore and Mumbai markets, through a team.

- Responsible for identifying potential companies, who would want to set up shop in Chennai.

- Handle a team of sales professionals, to meet and close deals with corporates/individuals.

- 10 years experience in B2B sales from any industry,

- Must have strong exposure to CXO level interactions.

- Excellent analytical skills

- Excellent communication and team handling skills

- Ideal candidate must be at 20 lacs CTC currently.
