AVP - Sales - BFSI/Life Insurance/Health Insurance/NBFC/Broking Firm

Job description:

- Candidate should be having experience in channel sales/direct sales preferably in BFSI, Life Insurance, Health Insurance sector.

- Candidate should have experience in the acquisition of new distributors/partners

- Candidate shall be Selling OPD benefit products driven by a planned push in the market through various sales channels.

Job Responsibility:

- Building and managing a scaled 3rd party distribution network in the city.

- Tie-up with DSAs, retail broker and other retail distribution channels and managing such relationships.

- Creating a strong & and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

- Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Ensure implementation of promotional plans & apply contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
