Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership to drive a program of innovation and digital transformation with a focus on creating real business-value
- Be an advocate for the organization's vision, diverse initiatives and value proposition, helping to remove barriers and align the team in the understanding of the digital transformation journey
- Meet sales targets
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver results
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Build a strong pipeline. Proactively and accurately manage opportunity pipeline
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify winning strategy.
- Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
- Establish a sales training program to train new employees.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver results
- Achieve high CSAT ratings by exceeding customer expectations
- Propose and present solutions that align to prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals and objectives.
