Urgent Herring for AVP - Rural

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain regular visits to approved dealerships for improving business penetration

- Monitor portfolio quality and focus on timely collections of scheduled payments

- Interact, engage and nurture people across 2 locations

- Focus on input management (activity tracker) and ensure achievement of top line and bottom line

- Interact with sales, credit, operations and collections to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction and high quality origination

(Must have experience in Tractor Loan/Rural Finance/Agri Finance)
